About Us
At I.S. Kim's Martial Arts training is centered on the development of a sound mind, fit body and soulful spirit. Although classes are generally conducted in groups, progress is measured on an individual basis, with careful attention paid to growth and improvement. Each class combines stretching, cardio work, technical study, partner drills, meditation techniques and Ki breathing exercises. Through this method, each class challenges and furthers the individual through group participation.
I.S. Kim's Martial Arts has a strong history offering full-service private lessons, from program design to implementation. If you are looking for more one-on-one instruction, our instructors are experienced and ready to work with you on developing a personalized lesson plan.
